Influence of the amount of wetting and dispersing agent on the properties of coating film

When the amount of wetting and dispersing agent is 0g and 1.0g, the coating film has more pitting, and the best appearance performance is obtained only at 0.5g. The UV varnish used in this test is a varnish without any pigments. The test results show that although wetting and dispersing agents are mainly used in pigmented coatings, UV varnishes cannot lack or add excessive wetting and dispersing agents, otherwise pitting will appear and affect the appearance of the coating film.
Wetting and dispersing agents have an important influence on the full mixing and dispersion of the coating substrate and the sufficient wetting of the substrate.
