On July 28, 2025, the kickoff meeting for the corporate culture construction project of CHEM (YUEYANG) ADDITIVE, titled "Vision · Converge Wisdom · Clarity — The New CHEM Action," was grandly held. During the meeting, Tang Boyang, head of the General Management Department, hosted the event and introduced the project's background, emphasizing its profound significance for the "second entrepreneurship." General Manager Bi Qibing explicitly stated that corporate culture construction must move beyond "superficiality and formalism" to create a tailored culture that aligns with the company's reality, supports strategic implementation, and meets long-term development needs. Dr. Sun Jianyao, project director of New Advantage, delivered a specialized training session titled "The Four Ultimate Questions of Corporate Culture," analyzing the core driving force of culture in corporate development. On behalf of his team, he presented a book gift package on corporate culture construction.
